I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. The construction crews running the fiber to the curb were some of the best I have ever seen. Very clean and friendly.

Signing up over the phone took only 10 mins. An installation appointment was booked for a specific time, at the end of setting up our account.

The field Techs doing the install showed up on time and worked through heavy rain during the install. Shoe covers were on at all times. My floor is just as clean before the install. Impressive.

The techs knew exactly what they were doing, making the whole install process only a few hours. Super clean techs, both inside and outside installations.

The IQ fiber smart wifi app is everything that I need and more. Very snappy bandwidth charts per device down to the minute refreshes.

Speeds were symmetrical and hitting slightly higher than 1gb.

The sales director, Chip, made big promises and delivered with the help of an amazing team.

This is EXACTLY what Jacksonville need. An ISP that cares about its customers.

We got IQ Fiber about a month ago. Super fast internet and great service! Our internet went out this morning during Tropical Storm Ian. I sent an email just to let them know and not expecting a response until the storm was over. But I got a call a few minutes later. They tried to reset remotely and when that didn’t work, they had a truck over within the hour and got us back up and running. They went way beyond our expectations during a storm!!
